VAFX type shock-absorbing corrugated hoses adopt stainless steel annular bellows with excellent elasticity and shock absorption capacity, which enhances the shock absorption performance.
- VAFX shock-absorbing corrugated metal hoses are fabricated by welding bellows, connectors, wire braids, pressure rings and copper tubes together.
- VAFX shock-absorbing corrugated metal hoses serve as shock-absorbing connecting pipes to prevent pipeline cracking caused by vibration.
- VAFX shock-absorbing corrugated metal hoses are used in compressor suction and discharge lines of refrigeration, cold storage and air conditioning units.
- Installation method: ODF interface brazing.

Features:VAFX type shock-absorbing corrugated hoses adopt stainless steel annular bellows with excellent elasticity and shock absorption capacity, which enhances the shock absorption performance.
VAFX type shock-absorbing corrugated metal hoses are manufactured by first pressing the bellows into the stainless steel connector and performing argon arc welding, then fitting the stainless steel wire braid and stainless steel pressure ring, and fixing them by swaging. The connector, wire braid and pressure ring are welded together by argon arc welding in a three-in-one process. Finally, the copper connection tube is inserted into the connector and brazed.
VAFX type shock-absorbing corrugated metal hoses feature safety, high strength, corrosion resistance and heat resistance. They also provide excellent shock absorption, thermal displacement compensation, installation deviation compensation, foundation settlement compensation and noise reduction.
